Archery King is a mobile game that can be fun and can be kind of forgettable. The goal is to compete in one-on-one archery competitions. Players will throw in a specific amount of in-game money as a tournament pot before they can compete with other players or bot to know who the champion is when it comes to firing arrows.

Players will need to line up their shots by holding their finger on the screen and drag the arrow around before releasing. They need to aim the arrow at the bullseye to win. After each shot, the distance of each player will be adjusted a bit further away to makes things more challenging.

However, regular one-on-one tournaments are a bit boring. Players will take turns to score higher, then just move on to the next one. There are also times where players will be forced to play against bots which affect the gaming experience.

The only event where things start to be very interesting is the Rush Mode. The Rush Mode works the same way, but this time, players will take on moving targets, which will require players to adjust their shots frequently. Also, they will be shooting arrows at the same time with their opponents so they will have to depend on speed and accuracy.

Single Mode is also available, but it may take a while before players can unlock this mode. It will be regrettable if players can’t unlock it the soonest because the more interesting ones are found in this mode.

Archery King features an energy system and comes with a lot of options available for in-app purchases. Players can purchase new bows and special arrows to increase the chance of hitting the bullseye. But both of these items will run out, especially with the bow as it becomes damaged the longer it’s being used.
