Cortana

Cortana is developed and offered by Microsoft. It is their creation that lines up and competes with Apple’s Siri and Google Now. It was launched as the Windows 10 arrived where it was already built-in though it is more usable with the use of the app.

With this app that serves as an assistant, the users can ask questions as well as provide some commands through the virtual keyboard of through speaking. This app also has access to the user’s browsing preferences, installed applications, and current location to accurately respond to the user as they ask questions that can be browsed online through Microsoft’s Bing. It also makes it easier for Cortana to do some more difficult tasks such as keeping a reminder and in editing some of the user’s contacts.

With the geolocation system on every user’s device, this application can also suggest some attractions just near the user’s location and or suggest another easier and quicker way to get into a particular place. Cortana's system is also made informative where the users can refer local news and weather advisories.

Cortana is a truly effective and easy to use assistant that knows everything about the user to help them keep track of the important things, schedule, and even the user’s favorite sports team, artist, and also recommend some better and smarter suggestions.
