Cut the Rope is a mobile app game which features a series of physics-based puzzle games created by the Russian company ZeptoLab. The game was designed to be played on several platforms and devices. The game’s objective is to feed Om Nom, a tiny green creature, some candies while at the same time collecting starts. The game is so popular that since May 2015, it has already reached 600 million downloads.

Cut the Ropes have several level packs. There are actually a total of 8 packs, each pack consists 25 levels.

The game’s story begins with an animated short revealing a box with Om Nom as he gets to the Professor. The professor then helps Om Nom pass various experiments, usually mentioning his success or encourages the players to play more.

Each level of the game features a piece of candy that hangs by one or several ropes. The players must cut the rope by swiping their device’s screen. By utilizing different objects that include floating bubbles and bellows, the player also needs to manipulate the candy on every obstacle in order to get to Om Nom’s mouth.

Every level pack features brand new challenges. Remember that each level is scored from zero to three-star rating, depending to how many stars can the player get, and a point score that will also depend on how many stars are collected and how much time taken to finish the level. In addition, in-app purchases will make the game much easier to play.
