Dragon City is a game where the player’s mission is to build habitats for the dragons, purchasing and hatching dragon eggs, raising dragons until they fully grow, and breeding them. Breeding dragons have a more significant purpose aside from raising many dragons for PvP fights. Breeding dragons can only be done once the player reaches level 10.
The game doesn’t feature a short story about why players need to breed an army of dragons on floating islands in the sky. Players will need to learn what types of weird dragons they can create by matching them. For example, they can match fire dragons with water dragons and boast their dragon farms to their friends.
The game’s gameplay also features a few nods to standard social gaming systems like visiting a friend’s dragon city. It’s pretty simple to play the game because players just simply need to tap on their dragon habitats in order to collect the money that’s in them. They can also get unique breeds of dragons by creating a Recruitment Tavern and letting their friends to position there.
Dragon City’s gameplay is not limited to an energy bar, but instead, it imposes some insane prices on its items once a player reaches level 10 or so. The whole idea is to force players to pay for speed boosts instead of letting players spend multiple hours of collecting money from their grown dragons.
