Gameplay
Jurassic World: The Game features all the staples of a simulation title. Since you will be the park’s operation manager, you will need to collect resources and create dinosaur attractions. You also need to gather food to upgrade your dinos, and you can even hatch dinosaur eggs to add more attractions for park patrons.
The game will just give you a limited set of resources to gather, so you need to focus more on adding dinosaur attractions and clearing the surrounding forest to create more space for each of your dinosaur’s habitat. Aside from those structures and attractions, you will also need to add other non-operations related building so that you can generate more income and increase you dinosaur’s EXP.
One game feature that makes Jurassic World: The Game different to other title in the same category is the game’s eTCG style of pack opening.
Packs
Jurassic World: The Game incorporates an eTCG gameplay system that will need you to unlock packs for you to discover new species of dinosaurs that you can hatch in-game. The feature is the game’s cash-in system where you are given an option to purchase additional premium packs by purchasing them in cash through your chosen store.
These packs will be just the typical hard copy packs where you can receive gold, DNA, new dinosaurs, and even food. And if you’re lucky, you can receive high rarity dinosaurs that you will later need in the game. Also, expect to receive continually bombarded promo ads in purchasing certain packs since the game is a free-to-play title.
Dinosaurs
The game’s roster will mostly include the dinosaurs that you’ve seen in the Jurassic World movie. But there are a few dinos that will be making a comeback from the first ever Jurassic Park movie.
Every dinosaur that you will place in their habitat has a certain level that you increase by simply feeding them. Aside from increasing their stats, your dinos will also generate higher gold as you increase their level. You are allowed to place up to 12 dinosaurs of the same species in one pen. This will give you additional leeway later in the game since you’ll be unlocking more the same genre of dinosaurs later on.
The reason that you need to house your dinosaurs of the same species is for them to level up. A requirement for you to evolve your dinosaur to the next stage is by using the same dinosaur species.
You will have two options whenever you get the same copies of the dinosaur from packs. You can either break them down into DNA bits that you could use to discover more dinos or you can house them into your dino pen for an increase in gold output.
Battling Dinos
Jurassic World: The game allows you to bring your dinos into battle. Battling dinosaurs in the game are more of a turn-based battle system. The game incorporates a rock-paper-scissor style of strength/weakness system that is based on classifications like Air, Water, Predators, and Herbivores.
You will have three options to choose from on what technique you will use on your turn. You can attack, block, or charge. Depending also on your opponent’s strategy, you can either one hit KO your enemy or power through the attack that allows a switch and brings your harder hitting dinos with a lot of attack options. You don’t have to worry since the game’s battle system is very simple and easy to use.
Tips, Tricks, and Strategies
Stack Food Production For Less Hassle
You can queue up food production for your dinos in ten-minute increments. By doing this, you don’t need to run back to your food building over and over. It’s best to stack up as much production as you think you can afford.
Always Check if Your Food Production Building Are Working
Your dinosaurs won’t grow up big and strong without food. Always remember that food is required for them to level up, which is very helpful for them to perform in the battle arena. Always check that your food buildings are providing the right stuff.
Aggression Surpasses Defense
You should always go on the offensive when you are in battle. By gathering all your points into an attack, you can easily end a fight quickly. You don’t often see a computer-controlled enemy to nullify your blow by stacking their defenses.
Switch Dinosaurs in the Middle Of A Fight
It will cost you a battle point, but you can tag out your dinos during a fight by just tapping on their pictures. Swapping is important for you to know your enemy’s weak spots.
You Need To Build Up Charge Points at the Start of Every Battle
Always remember to use your first action to build up your Charge Points. If ever you will have a point left from your Charge action, always put it towards your Defense point. So that by the time it’s your turn, you will be able to land a super strong attack towards your opponent. If you’re feeling courageous enough, you can do the Charge/Defense battle point building tip for two turns and give an all-out one-hit kill attack on the third turn.
Always Keep a Sacrificial Lamb on Your Team
You should keep one dino in your battle group that will be there to build up Battle points. Don’t forget to send them out first and just have them build up the Charge points that you will need. If they can take several hits, then you can gather more Charge Points to go around for your next battle once they enter the fray. Always remember to always send out a weaker dinosaur first to give your other party members a chance to land much stronger attacks. And once that sacrificial lamb falls in battle, the rest of your battles should be easy breezy.
Don’t Forget To Log In Everyday To Get Your Free Mystery Pack
It is essential for every dedicated player to play the game on a daily basis. The reason for that is simply because you have a chance to get a free mystery pack. These freebies will be available every five hours, and you’ll receive a lot of excellent items such as Dino bucks, food, DNA, special missions and more.
You Should Complete the Building Missions As Soon As Possible

There will be missions that will ask to you put up buildings, so you need to spend your money on them and complete those missions. Every finished building will increase your coin production.
Finish Special Missions As Soon As Possible
There will be situations where you’ll receive a special mission after you unlocked your daily mystery pack. You should first always complete these special missions because they are timed missions. In addition, they net you, Dino Bucks, as well!
You Should Become Familiar With Each of Your Dinosaur Strengths and Weaknesses
Always remember this. Carnosaurs beat Herbivores Pterosaurs beat Amphibians beat Carnivores. If you forget, you can always find it in the handy reminder chart by simply tapping the Info button when picking your team. But these are not automatic wins, but they will give you around 50 percent damage/defense boost when you pair a dino against an opponent that is weak to its type.
Don’t Forget To Get The Free Dino Bucks and DNA
One simple method that you can do for you to get a bunch of free Dino Bucks and DNA is by watching a few video advertisements for other mobile games. While checking on your map, you can simply tap on the Dino Bucks or the DNA icon located on the top of your screen. Afterward, tap o the option that allows you to get more Dino Bucks and DNA. You need to watch the selected ad all the way for you to get those prizes.
Do This Combination Of Action For You To Level Up Faster
It can be a bit of slog sometimes to level up since you can’t fight anytime you want. For you to level up quickly, you need to go to the building store and flood any available building space with structures and decorations. Whatever you can afford will do.
You should prefer decorations because they don’t take time to build. Every decoration built will give you additional EXP. It’s best to sell them all, then buy them again. Just repeat these steps over and over again until you level up.
You Don’t Need To Evolve Right Away
It’s tempting to evolve your dinos since there will be a task that requires dinos at a level past in the initial cap of 10. Evolved dinos have a lot of a punch, but when you’re just starting to play the game, you don’t really need to evolve them immediately. What you should do is try to get everyone up to the first level cap. Doing that will give you a small army of level 10s instead of a single level 19 and some 6’s and 5’s.
