I think it would be great time saver if this message screen is also displayed on the main screen.

The King of Avalon – Dragon Warfare is really a fast-paced, addicting online mobile game. Based from my personal gameplay experience you don’t have to take too long before you can make a hit or go somewhere. I did find the quests challenging because you need to plan carefully in order to play efficiently and win the combat. For anyone who wants be challenged and feel the real momentum of a game, this is the game for you because you will never run out of scenes to play including characters and be entertained.

Overall impression

If you have played other games like Game of War, War of Clans or Vikings, the King of Avalon has similar gaming style of an epic fantasy. One of the awesome features of this game is you can easily install it for free on any mobile or android device, which for me is very cost-effective. Playing the game needs strategic planning from start to the next phase until you get a chance to lift the Excalibur.

The King of Avalon has four features; the World, Dragons, Magic and lastly the Excalibur. The World gives you a real feel as you make an entrance to the realm of Avalon and form alliances with other and start deploying your very own forces. The Dragons, for me is really fun upon receiving a dragon egg after the Camlann battle. Here, you need to raise the dragon for it to become a powerful fighter that can’t be killed or destroyed with any manly weapon. As for the Magic, the battles won are awarded with swords, arrows including rituals and spells. The powerful spells can heal allies or even raise the dead whereas magic can be used in the battle. The last part is the Excalibur where you need to lift the sword and this would require teamwork for you to succeed.

How to play better?

The gaming concept of King of Avalon is raising structure, training troops and attacking kingdoms. It’s more of a simulation game where you have to make sure your gaming strategies including resources like troops, defenses and dragons are maximized to the fullest. Below are helpful tips, tricks and cheats that will boost your gaming skills and carry on.

Tip #1 – Focus on your Stronghold

The most important element in King of Avalon is your Stronghold, so make sure you focus in building it stronger and upgrade it by unlocking more structures and other stuff. Remember, upgrading your Stronghold has no boundaries and you can only succeed in this goal if you keep upgrading other structures until they can’t be developed anymore.

Tip #2 – Use your resources wisely

As I’ve mentioned the King of Avalon gives you a chance to use resources in building things. It’s crucial that you decide wisely where to use your resources. For example, when you are not playing, use this time to harvest resources. I suggest before you log-off, use this opportunity to use as much resource. Why? Well, when you are offline, the resources you harvested can be stored when you log-in. Another trick is when you are making raids, use the resources to increase the power of your troops and give them that strength when fighting.

Tip #3 – Build more stables

Stables are intended for your horses. I strongly advise you build as many stables until you can’t make anymore. Why? The horses can effectively shield and support you and the troops during the raids. So, the more horses you have simply mean bigger chances of winning. But, don’t use your available gold in building stables because your gold is essential in other tasks.

Tip #4 – Target stronger enemies

This tip will be very useful during raids, target stronger enemies. If you have to destroy the entire base of your enemy, do so to gather more resources.

Tip #5 – Create tricky defense

Do you want to confuse your enemies? The best option is by creating a tricky defense like a maze type setting. Be sure to plan carefully how to line up your defense structures to prevent the enemies from easily destroying your base. Your defense structure setting may require changes from time to time if you seem some of them aren’t doing their real purposes.

Tip #6 – Get your dragon

Yes, definitely one of your missions when playing King of Avalon, your dragon plays a vital role at a certain level where you get a dragon egg, and wait for it to hatch on your Stronghold. There are three kinds of dragons that you can get like offense, defense and support. It’s an advantage if you learn how to maximize the usage of your dragon in order to win more raids.

Tip #7 – Attack a superior city

Gather enough patience to find a superior city and when you find it, plan your attacks. Attacking a superior city can give you more powers, and points than attacking the empire. The only and effective way to attack a superior city is patience and applying your gaming skills.

Tip #8 – Get more gold coins

Gold coins are important in keeping your character alive. You can also use them in buying clothes and defense system. Gold coins can be purchased with real money. Buying gold coins is better than buying power ups because they can be used in training troops that could help you grow your empire.

Tip #9 – Cover blind spots

When building your defense system you will come across loopholes. A loophole could be an area where you defense system could not reach. So, better cover as many loopholes or blind spots and make sure your enemies can’t destroy the building situated in the blind spots.

Tip #10 – Hoard more food and wood

One of the gaming tricks that will help you play better in the King of Avalon is by hoarding more food and wood for your troops to perform effectively in the battle.

Playing King of Avalon gave me an exhilarating gaming experience. Each gaming level offers a unique setting, making your interest level high as you look forward to the next phase of the game. What makes it more exciting is you have the chance to customize and enhance the character you get to play in this gaming battle.

If you want a fast-paced MMO strategy game, this is absolutely your top choice, but be prepared to use all your gaming skills in order to keep up with your opponents and stay playing for hours of fun. Your mission as Lord of your own castle is to build and upgrade various economy, troops, research and defense structure. The building itself can be time consuming and a bit boring regardless where your current gaming level. If you want to finish faster building, you can speed up the process by buying gold which is the premium currency on this game. The started packs are sold using real money, so if you are up for it you need to be prepared to spend money in order to level up sooner.

The task of building and upgrading your own castle will allow you to have better troops which I think is useful for attack and defense against other players. I think the King of Avalon alliance system has a major role in making raids, but if you happened to join a small alliance which I did experience will take more time or even days before we can clear or defeat opponents.

The King of Avalon’s alliance system requires you to learn how to cooperate and play as a team with your other members and as I get stuck, I think it would be more advantageous if you have a chance to join an alliance whose members are of higher level, so that you have better chances of moving up to higher level like level 10. So, if you get bored waiting too long before you could level up, find ways to play it better or feel free to use the above tips and tricks. Have fun!
