Paradise Bay is a game where players need to build their own tiny village located in a tropical location, making goods to sell to other players or they can trade it for different resources.
Playing the game has players taking the role of a Trade Master, whose job is to bring back the once-peaceful and beautiful Paradise Bay. At the start of the game, players will have a little way of resources to work with.
There are some cotton seeds, a turtle that can go fishing if provided with a net, and a workshop that will make cotton into fishing nets. As players progress, theyโll also unlock addition buildings, characters to trade with, and resources.
The gameโs timers are very short, and significant progress can be achieved in a single play session. After playing the game in the first hour, things will start to go slow when it comes to building and growing, and resources will start to get thinner as well.
The island itself has few characters that will request at the trading post for specific items they need. By providing it to them, players can earn money, experience, and maybe little information about the characters. Money can be used to create new buildings and clear vast areas of land for construction.
The level will determine which options are available regarding structures to build and places. Fulfilling enough request of a character will provide players a chest that comes with a right amount of money and experience, along with significant and rare items that can be used to upgrade storage or remove some obstacles.
