A 9-ball mode of billiards is not usually available in many games out there. However, Pool Billiards Pro made it happened, and it’s the most distinctive entry in the genre.
Players can play against a computer or an actual player with the standard eight-ball rules or 9 ball rules. They just simply need to tap the screen to adjust the ball’s directions and drown down the power-up located on the right side of the screen to launch a strike. The cue-ball can be moved at any point by tapping and holding it.
The main objective is to pocket the assigned set of balls. Pocketing more balls gives a player higher scores. The game has a Challenge mode that has an initial time limit of 2 minutes but every ball pocketed will provide players with additional time. If ever all the balls have been cleared, the game will right away create a new set of balls to keep the game going.
Practice mode is also available in the game which features no time limit, but it doesn’t record any high score. What makes the game more challenging and interesting, is the availability of an Online Mode. The Online Mode has rules and players can play 1 on 1 with real players worldwide. Winning the game will give them chips which they can use to upgrade their cues, customize it, and even use it to join higher ranked matches. Also, Arcade Mode of the game has over 180 Challenging levels with no rules.
